Processing, Shipping, Waranty liability, Order Cancelation & Return policy
bmw-mini-mania.com serves as an intermediary between you and SC REALOEM SRL, which processes, delivers, and offers full waranty on your orders. Any complaints you might have, are submitted to SC REALOEM SRL, and resolved by SC REALOEM SRL.

Waranty liability

bmw-mini-mania.com trough it's suppliers offers full waranty for all parts sold. And assures full waranty that the parts sold are 100% original parts.

Shipping liability

bmw-mini-mania.com trough it's suppliers delivers most of it's orders trough DHL Deutsche Post. Delivery times posted on bmw-mini-mania.com are provided by DHL and they are estimate delivery times. All packages sent with DHL are insured. If you wish very fast delivery with Dhl express please ask us for an price offer.

Order Cancelation & Return policy

Your order begins processing immediately after you completed the payment.

To attempt to cancel your order please write us an e-mail at customer-support@estore-central.com or fax +40264561331 to inform us that you wish to cancel your order.

A customer may cancel or return an order only after informing us about it using the above methods in maximum 30 days since he completed the payment or in maximum 10 days after receiving the package, assuming that the order content is returned as new, in it's original packaging with all original documentation which accompanied the package. No refunds will be made unless you comply with our cancellation policy.

For all cancelled orders which haven't started the delivery process, the full refund is processed within 2 working days. After eStore-Central has processed the refund request, the payment is fully refunded, and depending on region, country and customer bank, funds are back in the customers account within 3-5 business days.

For orders which are already on their way to the customer, the refund is processed in 2 working days but only since when the package returns and reach eStore-Central and after the supplier team verifies the returned package . For cancellations after the customer already has received the package, the customer has to support the fee for returning the package to eStore-Central and send it back so it will reach us in no longer than 30 days since the the original ship date .

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Privacy
